  • Age of the deceased when they passed away

  • Home Address of the Deceased

  • Where the deceased passed away

  • Name of the doctors surgery

  • Cremation or Burial

  • Where the service will take place (Church, Crematorium etc)

  • Who will take the service (Celebrant, Vicar, Etc)

  • Any other information you think will be useful

The Funeral in More Detail

 

This information will be gathered when you have an appointment to see the funeral director after you have registered.

  • Date, time and place of the funeral

  • Music and hymns(usually discussed with the person taking the service)

  • Eulogies & tributes

  • Choice of coffin

  • If Limousines are required
